You can download our catalog digitally by visiting this link egpro.com/pages/email-for-catalog. For physical copies please email us a request at firstname.lastname@example.org, we can send you up to 50 copies.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, Amazon Pay, PayPal and Net30(credit application, CLICK HERE to access the Net30 credit application).
Do you have a sizing chart?
Yes, you can view sizing charts by clicking the orange button on the right-hand side of every product page.
What inventory do we have on style XYZ?
On our website, go to the specific style you're looking for, select a color, then the live inventory will be displayed.
How quickly will my order be processed?
All orders placed before or by 12PM will ship the next day.
*Please note: Our cut off time for same day shipment is 12PM.
How can I check the status of the order?
If you placed the order online you can check your status right on the website as long as you're signed in.
Use the person icon (top right) to access your account, once clicked it will display "My Order" where you can view the live status.

We urge our customer's to create their own sample packs specific to their needs. We would be happy to help you create your own.

If you do not see an update, you usually have time to change the order before it goes out to shipping.
