SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING
EG-PRO offers free freight on orders over $200 shipped via ground with our preferred carrier within the continental United States. Free Freight is only applicable for orders shipped within the continental United States.
Default shipping methods are UPS or USPS ground services, unless requested otherwise. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after being placed, depending on the service chosen. Express shipments are available upon request with up-charges.
Goods ship from our warehouses located in Kansas City. 99% of orders ship on the same day for in-stock items placed before 12:00 am pacific time (3:00 pm eastern time) on normal business days*.
*Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm pacific time (3:00 pm eastern time) will ship on the next business day. Orders going out via Pallets/Freight require an additional 24 hours due to routing purposes.
NET 30 terms are available to qualified accounts upon completion of a credit application. Approved customers can access our website to place an order via terms. Please call or email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Please include a purchase order number (PO #) in note section of the cart page if you would like to have it shown on the outside of the shipping cartons.
If you have issue placing orders online, orders could also be sent via email to email@example.com.
We will notify you within 24 business hours if any items you ordered are out-of-stock and further communicate on when these goods will be available to ship.
Order cancellations can only be made before the order has been packed. You have the ability to put your order on hold, or cancel it by 12:00 am pacific time (3:00 pm eastern time) for orders received same day.
Please report to the EG-PRO team within 10 days from the invoice date to acknowledge shortage, if any. Please have your PO number available when contacting us. If we find information on our end that indicates a short shipment, we will immediately ship out what is missing at our own cost.
SECTION 2 - RETURNS
You must first receive a return authorization number (RA #) from EG-PRO customer service. Returns received without an RA # will be refused. To receive an RA #, contact your EG-PRO sales representative or customer service directly by phone at (212) 221-0221, or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is approved, our representative or customer service will email you the RA # with return instructions within 2 business days or less. If your return is not approved, we will respond with a reason for disapproval within 2 business days or less. After you receive the approved RA #, please package up the goods and make sure the RA number is on the shipping label when you ship the goods back to our Kansas City warehouses.
EG-PRO will not be responsible for any delay caused by carrier in the delivery of the shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.
Please be aware that: Item return claims must be made within 10 days of receipt. Items that have been printed on, washed, or altered in any way are not returnable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all return merchandise except defective goods and shipping errors.
