EG-PRO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SECTION 1 - FREE FREIGHT PROGRAM
EG-PRO offers free freight on orders over $200 shipped via ground with our preferred carrier within the continental United States. Free Freight does not apply to C.O.D. charges and is only good for orders shipped within the continental United States. Express shipments are available upon request.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING
Shipping is from our warehouses located in Queens, NY and Chino, California depending on the ship to zip code. All orders placed by 12:00PM will ship the same day; orders placed after 12:00PM will ship on the next business day. Net 30 terms available to qualified accounts upon completion of a credit application. Approved customers can access our website to place an order.
Please include a Purchase Order number. If you do not use PO’s then it is recommended that you at least use the date to remember when you placed the order. EG-PRO requires a PO Number for all order submissions.
When you make a purchase, the funds will be reserved on your credit card. The day after your order ships, the funds will be transferred from your account to EG-PRO. If you do have backorders, you will not be charged for those items until they’re shipped. While EG-PRO allows you to place backorders we cannot guarantee when these products will be available to ship. If you provide your email address we will contact you upon receipt of the backordered items.
Basic Training Promo tee’s are packed in promotional priced 12-piece packs by size and color. The promo price only applies to multiples of 12 pcs by size and color.
SECTION 3 - RETURNS
EG-PRO will not be responsible for any delay in the delivery of the shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay. Please contact us for an RA number and have your PO number available: You have 30 days from receipt to request a return. After you receive the approved RA number, package up the goods and make sure the RA number is on the shipping label. Ship the goods back to EG-PRO at our east coast or west coast warehouses depending on where the shipment originated. The freight charges to return the goods will be your responsibility. You will be charged a 15% restocking fee for returned undamaged products. Any goods, which have been decorated and / or damaged in any way, cannot be returned.
SECTION 4 - SHORT SHIPMENTS
You have 10 days from the invoice date to acknowledge shortages. If we find information on our end that indicates a short shipment, we will immediately ship out what is missing and EG-PRO will pay the freight for the replenishment items. Please have your PO number available when contacting us.
